Written English Corrected is subject to the following conditions of use:

Description of Service

At Written English Corrected we will produce professional standard English text based on the text supplied by you the client. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand any alterations made to your text.

 

Unless agreed otherwise in advance, we at Written English Corrected will endeavour to return checked documents by e-mail as quickly as possible, and within agreed timescales. If we are aware of any possible delays which compromise our ability to meet our deadline we will endeavour to notify affected clients by e-mail. If you wish to cancel any work in progress we will charge you for any checking already completed, and return the partially checked text with your original.

 

Service Guarantee

Written English Corrected will at all times aim to produce a high quality output based on the text supplied by the client. If the meaning of any text is unclear we will endeavour to contact you for clarification before completing the task. We are always happy to discuss amendments after the corrected text has been returned to you.

 

Written English Corrected aims to retain copies of all work completed for a period of twelve months. In the event that you require a replacement copy of your order we will be happy to e-mail this to you for no additional charge.

Liability and Confidentiality

Written English Corrected is solely a text correcting service. Although we will always produce high quality text based on our clients’ original version, we do not accept any financial or other liability resulting from the use of the corrected text. It is the individual client’s responsibility to ensure that the corrected text is suitable for their use.

 

In the event that text supplied by a client is illegal or offensive we at Written English Corrected reserve the right to return the text unchecked. Text supplied to us, and alterations made by us, remain confidential to the client. The sole exception to our guarantee of confidentiality is where the supplied text indicates that illegal activity is planned or in progress, whereupon we will immediately take steps to notify the relevant authorities.
